  5. Learning efficient breath support so your voice is more powerful and vibrant
  6. Using yoga practices, chanting, or singing to free your expression
  7. Re-patterning habits like vocal fry, upspeak, or monotone so that you can communicate more dynamically
  8. Designing a personalized warm up that you can use to become centered and release tension
  9. Developing and preparing speeches or other text to convey a clear and powerful message
  10. Extending the exploration of your personal voice to develop the brand voice of your business

And of course always: finding and freeing your most authentic voice!

Included in your coaching package is access to my pre-recorded online courses. We will work through either (or both):

How Your Voice Works - covering the anatomy and mechanics of the human voice 

How To Have Presence - covering how to transform your presence in front of a crowd, on camera, and in conversation

One-on-one session packages are designed to be four months long. Each month, you are allotted three 55-minute sessions, which you can schedule through my online calendar system. If you'd like, we can spread these sessions out over a maximum of six months.
